The Villages 2017February Strawberry Festival, February 23. A sold-out day for All Fresh Kitchen!

Wow!!!  All Fresh Kitchen sold out of strawberry short cake within three hours. The line of strawberry eaters stretched two blocks long. We had to send our crew to man (woman in this case) our booth for the festival as Jim and Karen (we) were holding down the fort at the Flywheelers swap meet in Avon Park, Florida. As Jim and I were grilling our sausages and frying our potatoes, we kept wondering how the crew was doing back in The Villages with the the mountains of strawberries we and the crew had processed by hand. To our delight, we found out on the way home that every crumb had been sold within three hours. YEAH! Enjoy the video clip below of the Strawberry festival held in Brownwood.
