December was our first trial run with our newest equipment addition--the Texas Firedisc. The fire disc is a concave wok-like cooking surface. It's fire engine red and really looks unique. So far, it has drawn quite a bit of attention. In the Villages, we have three tree lighting event--one on each square. They were all successful. The Brownwood square was the most financially successful. In fact, we ran out of product and had to send out for more Conecuh sausage. Everyone was in a festive mood and we enjoyed ringing out 2016 with tree lightings on each square.
